Need-Based Scholarships for Rowan County Residents

Partners In Learning (PIL) is dedicated to helping families manage tuition costs. We often provide financial assistance to families who are not receiving any other form of aid, including subsidies. We are deeply grateful to our generous donors whose contributions enable PIL to offer crucial need-based scholarships.

PIL invites all eligible families to apply for our school’s financial aid through the FACTS Management Financial Aid Application Portal. The application process is designed to be straightforward and completely confidential. Both current families and those in the process of applying for admission to PIL can apply by submitting the required documents directly through the FACTS website.

For more detailed information, please contact Norma Honeycutt at norma@epartnersinlearning.org. Please note that to be considered for a need-based scholarship, you must first complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. This program is specifically designed to provide our center with an objective evaluation of families’ financial needs, which guides our scholarship awards. All financial aid applications will be processed and evaluated exclusively through FACTS.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Portal

This portal is available for and awarded to families who are not currently receiving any other forms of tuition assistance, including the DSS subsidy. Our aim through this program is to foster diverse communities within our classrooms, bridging socioeconomic differences and strata that can sometimes divide us.
